Interesting that people who talk about dividing Iraq along ethno/religious lines want a one state "final solution" in what they call "Israel-Palestine."
Folks, we once had a Jewish-Palestinian binational state. It was called the British Mandate. It was bad for the Jews and it was worse for the Arabs. The Britush couldn't keep order and left. A binational state would quickly degenerate into civil war, the likes of which we have seen in Lebanon, Syria and Iraq.
Israel isn't simply going to surrender sovereignty. This solution is no solution. There is a reason the UN voted for partition in 1947. (Probably the last time they did something right.)
The real question is why the idea of the world having even one Jewish country is so offensive to some people.
